We are seeking a dedicated Crisis Response Advocate to join our team at YWCA Clark County.

**Job Summary:**

The Crisis Response Advocate will provide critical support to individuals affected by sexual assault, utilizing an empowerment-based advocacy model. This role requires a strong understanding of social justice principles and the ability to navigate complex situations with empathy and composure.

**Responsibilities:**

This position involves working on-call shifts, responding to hotline calls, and providing in-person support during medical forensic exams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to think critically, and prioritize the needs of survivors above personal considerations.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with persons in crisis, and the ability to complete all required training and background checks. A bilingual skillset is preferred, but not mandatory.

**Work Environment:**

The Crisis Response Advocate will work closely with the Sexual Assault Program Director, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
