Prolink is seeking a skilled Crisis Response Specialist to join our team. As a member of our crisis mobile unit, you will be responsible for responding to mental health emergencies across the county.

Job Overview

The Crisis Response Specialist will work closely with other emergency team members to provide critical support to individuals in need. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to mental health emergencies in a timely and effective manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to provide comprehensive support
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and interventions
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a crisis response or related field
  • CA LCSW license required
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • AHA BLS certification and COVID-19 vaccination card
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate: $27.00/hourly + overtime pay
  • Per diem compensation: $2072/week
  • Gross salary: $40.50/hourly x 40 hours/week = $1620/week
