The estimated salary for this role ranges from $110,112.91 to $136,029.35, with opportunities for geographic differentials based on location. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Job Description">

Clinical Lead Role:

">
  • ">
  • Dispatched and responds to emergency / crisis events in the community across the County">
  • Provides onsite therapeutic interventions support to persons and families in crisis">
  • Collaborates with other First Responders as needed to provide onsite crisis support including, but not limited to, transporting members to appropriate levels of care">
  • Will act as a leader for the dispatched mobile team, providing clinical guidance and instruction to team members">
  • Will complete a concise assessment to paint a clinical picture of the members needs and provide appropriate treatment recommendations">
  • Making appropriate referrals for placement, case management and aftercare services, as assigned">
  • Developing and maintaining an awareness of community resource">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • A Master's Degree in Social Sciences or related field">
  • Current Registration with CA BBS as an AMFT, APCC, ACSW">
  • Two (2) years of experience in providing crisis management and mental health services">
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver">
  • Willingness to use company vehicle to drive">
