Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Teal Energi. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and championing quality principles and frameworks in project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality Strategies: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define, document, agree, and implement the Project Quality Strategy.
  • Quality Plan Development: Develop and implement an appropriate Project Quality Plan in support of the Project Quality Strategy.
  • Quality Framework Implementation: Implement the company Quality Management framework within the project in accordance with specified requirements.
  • Quality Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor deliverable and activity progress to support effective project execution in line with schedule, cost estimates, and change management processes.
  • Quality Expectations and Requirements: Actively set Quality expectations and requirements applicable to bid/tender packages, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Contractor and Supplier Management: Actively engage with Contractors and suppliers to ensure a Quality mutual beneficial relationship.
  • Quality Deliverables Review and Acceptance: Identify, review, and acceptance of Contractor and Supplier Quality Deliverables.
  • Project Inductions and Training: Facilitate Project inductions and training in quality systems and processes to new and existing staff.
  • Quality Documentation: Ensure that the Project Quality Documentation is rolled out in support of project specific requirements.
  • Quality Audits and Reporting: Plan and conduct Project Quality Audits and reporting in accordance with Project and Business Unit requirements.
  • Risk-Based Quality Assessment: Develop and implement a risk-based Quality Assessment Plan for the project.
  • Quality Assessment and Verification: Identify 2nd party inspection and 3rd party verification services required for equipment packages and/or scope.
  • Quality Leadership and Communication: Provide leadership, direction, guidance, and support to assigned work team, resources, and contracted services.
  • Quality Culture and Compliance: Promote a positive Quality culture and acceptance of the system amongst all Project activity and staff.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure full compliance with company's quality, health, safety, and environment policies and procedures throughout all aspects of the operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 Years' Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in a role of Quality Management.
  • Quality Management Experience: Experience providing quality management throughout design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
  • Risk-Based Quality Assessment: Experience with risk-based Quality assessment.
  • High-Level Written Skills: High-level written skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Passion for Renewable Energy: High level of passion for renewable energy.
  • Credible and Authentic Engagement: Proven ability for credible and authentic engagement with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Education and Certifications: University degree in Engineering or significant Quality Management experience in major and/or mega projects.
