About the Role

Murray Resources is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Global Quality Assurance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and world-class quality by effectively implementing quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Global Quality Assurance Team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of quality assurance activities, including site visits and audits.
  • Monitor and report on budgets allocated to approved centers for monitoring visits.
  • Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with forecasting, managing, and reporting on relevant budgets.
  • Organize region Centre Forums and Industry Forums.
  • Undertake special projects as required and fulfill other duties as may reasonably be required by the company.
  • Responsible for reliable administration of appropriate invoicing and expenses.
  • Responsible for implementation of the Organization's Quality Management System (QMS).
Requirements
  • High school diploma with at least 3 years of experience in an administrative or quality assurance role.
  • Demonstrably effective secretarial and administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience of working in an office environment, with excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, or both and able to read, write, and speak professionally.
  • Proven IT skills, including MS Office.
  • Understanding of the Organization's key business drivers from an operational perspective.
  • Understanding of the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Excellent team working skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Ability to assist Quality Assurance Manager with forecasting, managing, and reporting on relevant budgets.
