Role Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Quality Manager to enhance our quality assurance processes. This role requires effective interaction with team members in a fast-paced setting, emphasizing flexibility, proactivity, resourcefulness, and professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality standards, management systems, and policies.
  • Lead the Quality Management System to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Report on the performance of the Quality Management System and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Promote awareness of quality compliance across the organization.
  • Drive local quality objectives and participate in global quality initiatives.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System through regular reviews.
  • Manage quality-related audits and coordinate with various departments.
  • Conduct training sessions on quality topics and foster a culture of quality assurance.
  • Oversee the non-conformance and corrective action processes.
  • Support engineering and production departments in quality-related matters.

Environmental Health & Safety:

Manage the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) program, perform internal audits, and maintain compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with HR and management to enhance the EHS culture within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of quality engineering experience in relevant industries.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and quality management systems.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
