Job Overview

The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and support for wholesale accounts and dealer loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Assistance: Deliver exceptional support to dealers, manufacturers, and various departments concerning wholesale accounts and dealer loans. Address inquiries, investigate issues, and resolve discrepancies effectively.
  • Business Processing: Handle daily new business operations. Review requests for accuracy and compliance with established guidelines. Assess the value of used vehicles or equipment using industry-standard valuation tools and online resources. Initiate funding processes and ensure timely completion.
  • Payment Management: Accurately identify and process incoming payments via various methods. Prepare checks and ensure proper posting in the relevant systems while notifying the accounting department of any discrepancies.
  • Reporting and Reconciliation: Analyze daily processing reports, comparing new business and payment amounts against prior transactions. Investigate and resolve any inconsistencies, including credit balances and unmatched cash.
  • Insurance Monitoring: Oversee insurance documentation for wholesale accounts and dealer loans. Collect and verify updated binders to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Title Management: Track and manage MSOs or titles for designated accounts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and released promptly upon payoff.
Required Skills and Experience

System Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service and at least 1 year in payment posting or processing.

Educational Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
