Position Overview:

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency within our customer support framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and categorize incoming correspondence on a daily basis.
  • Process both physical and electronic communications through our internal system.
  • Create and maintain cases for various departments including Customer Relations, Credit Disputes, and Accounts Payable.
  • Prepare and dispatch correspondence and response letters regularly.
  • Send out communication to clients when account details are unclear.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately scanned and linked to the appropriate accounts.
  • Input credit application data into our Credit Department.
  • Enter banking details for Auto Pay setup, modifications, or cancellations.
  • Investigate account histories to assess payment issues and determine the status of Auto Pay.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
