Client Support Operations Coordinator

Join CornerStone Staffing as a Client Support Operations Coordinator.
Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency within our customer support framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and categorize incoming correspondence on a daily basis.
- Process both physical and electronic communications through our internal system.
- Create and maintain cases for various departments including Customer Relations, Credit Disputes, and Accounts Payable.
- Prepare and dispatch correspondence and response letters regularly.
- Send out communication to clients when account details are unclear.
- Ensure all documents are accurately scanned and linked to the appropriate accounts.
- Input credit application data into our Credit Department.
- Enter banking details for Auto Pay setup, modifications, or cancellations.
- Investigate account histories to assess payment issues and determine the status of Auto Pay.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
