Role Expectations
  • Assist clients in establishing and reaching their stability, career, and educational objectives.
  • Identify and address barriers to client success proactively.
  • Provide holistic service planning and maintain effective communication with agency specialists.
  • Stay informed about community resources and share relevant knowledge with your team.
  • Utilize a problem-solving approach to foster consistent client progress.
  • Support the documentation and evaluative needs of the Padua program.
  • Leverage internal and external partnerships to enhance client service plans.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and case managers.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities.
  • Assist clients in accessing necessary resources, including transportation when required.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings outside regular hours.
  • Monitor program deadlines to ensure compliance with targets.
  • Regularly meet with case managers to review client progress and strategize next steps.
  • Advocate for clients with community partners to connect them with valuable resources.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in social work is preferred.
  • Experience working with low-income populations is essential.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and community resources is advantageous.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary for client transport.
