POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Client Relations Coordinator is tasked with engaging customers, processing and managing orders, and executing various functions to nurture outstanding customer connections that support Sales, Production, and Logistics operations. The Coordinator possesses a fundamental understanding of production processes and collaborates with manufacturing personnel to ensure timely customer deliveries. This role requires a self-driven individual with exceptional communication abilities, capable of adapting to evolving priorities throughout the day to support the company's robust growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Receive customer orders directly from clients or sales representatives.
  • Timely placement and modification of orders for materials and supplies utilized in production.
  • Communicate with clients regarding order status, estimates, changes, confirmations, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information and prompt actions.
  • Process purchase orders, manage account credits, and maintain customer records.
  • Monitor and adjust order timelines based on production schedules and customer needs.
  • Provide sales representatives with updates on orders and notify them of potential production delays.
  • Collaborate with production teams and utilize CRM/ERP systems to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Preferred experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
  • Proficient in computer data entry.
  • Experience in the corrugated packaging industry is a plus.
  • Entry-level to five years of experience in customer relations.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt workflow during peak demand periods.
  • Intermediate proficiency in PC applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Dependable and customer-focused.
  • Action-oriented with integrity and perseverance.
WORKING HOURS & BENEFITS:
  • Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime as required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Position requires sitting, talking, hearing, and vision for the majority of the time. Standing and walking are required less frequently.
