Position Summary: USESI/Lade Electric is seeking a driven and committed Sales Counter Representative. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service to our customers and will report directly to the Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to customers at the sales counter, through electronic communication, and via telephone.
- Handle pricing and order processing for small projects.
- Accurately quote, place, and manage orders.
- Monitor orders in the computer system to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Work to expand the customer base and enhance counter sales and profitability.
- Engage in general warehouse duties, including organizing stock, fulfilling will calls, and preparing inventory.
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience in the electrical sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A High School diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
