Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Client Relationship Manager is tasked with delivering strategic relationship management, placement of casualty lines, and consultative services to our clients. This position requires coordinating Willis Towers Watson resources to provide cohesive service and placement activities that fulfill the client's insurance and risk management requirements. Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships while expanding the client portfolio.
  • Identifying and integrating all internal resources to enhance the client experience.
  • Providing strategic planning and advisory services to clients, monitoring their insurance and risk management needs in collaboration with WTW resources.
  • Recommending suitable solutions throughout the policy lifecycle.
  • Designing, negotiating, and delivering fee and compensation agreements to clients.
  • Creating comprehensive client presentations, advocacy reports, and service plans.
  • Maximizing profitability and ensuring the retention of client accounts.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Broking teams to stay informed about market changes.
  • Developing project risk profiles and preparing marketing materials for underwriting and placement of casualty coverages.
  • Facilitating the binding of the broadest available coverage in line with the risk profile.
  • Building market relationships in conjunction with broking and sales teams.
  • Conducting contract reviews to ensure compliance with obligations.
  • Leading the management of large property and Master Builders Risk programs.
  • Overseeing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including coordination of line of business groups.
  • Driving the renewal process to establish and implement client-specific strategies.
Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance in a client-facing capacity, with a focus on Construction and Real Estate.
  • Experience in broking casualty lines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the commercial insurance renewal process.
  • Proven experience managing large Master Builders Risk programs and complex property schedules.
  • Ability to analyze coverage forms and identify gaps in coverage.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of developing innovative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including oversight of large, complex projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Insurance P&C License is required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is competitive, with a base salary range of $200,000 - $250,000 USD, and eligibility for an annual short-term incentive bonus. WTW offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and welfare benefits, leave benefits, and retirement plans, subject to eligibility requirements.
