Job Overview

The Senior Client Advocate plays a pivotal role in managing strategic client relationships and facilitating insurance placements. Key Responsibilities

The Senior Client Advocate is tasked with delivering strategic relationship management, casualty line placements, and advisory services to clients. This role requires the coordination of Willis Towers Watson resources to ensure comprehensive service delivery that aligns with clients' insurance and risk management objectives. Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships while expanding the business portfolio.
  • Identifying and mobilizing internal resources to optimize the client experience.
  • Providing strategic insights and consulting to clients, continuously assessing their insurance and risk management requirements.
  • Recommending suitable solutions throughout the insurance policy lifecycle.
  • Crafting, negotiating, and presenting fee agreements to clients.
  • Preparing and delivering comprehensive client presentations, advocacy reports, and service plans.
  • Maximizing client account profitability and ensuring long-term retention.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Broking teams to stay informed on market trends.
  • Creating risk profiles and developing marketing materials for underwriting and placement of casualty coverages.
  • Facilitating the binding of optimal coverage in accordance with risk assessments.
  • Building and nurturing market relationships in conjunction with broking and sales teams.
  • Conducting thorough contract reviews to ensure compliance with obligations.
  • Leading the design and management of large property and Master Builders Risk programs.
  • Overseeing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, ensuring comprehensive documentation and coordination.
  • Driving the renewal strategy to align with client-specific needs and collaborating with various internal resources.
Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience
  • 8-10+ years of experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance in a client-facing capacity, particularly within the Construction and Real Estate sectors.
  • Proven experience in broking casualty lines.
  • In-depth understanding of the commercial insurance renewal process.
  • Experience managing large Master Builders Risk programs and complex property schedules.
  • Ability to analyze coverage forms and identify gaps in coverage.
  • Strong negotiation skills, capable of developing innovative solutions and driving consensus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead complex discussions.
  • Proficient project management skills, overseeing large and multifaceted projects.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of an Insurance P&C License is required.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
Compensation and Benefits

Willis Towers Watson offers a competitive salary range for this position, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. The base salary for this role is positioned between $200,000 - $250,000 USD, with eligibility for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
