Job Summary

National Counseling Group is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, and providing guidance and support to our clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Manage case assignments for the team, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective services.
  • Community Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and access to services.
  • Crisis Intervention: Conduct initial assessments, provide crisis monitoring and tracking, and make introductory contacts with clients and referring professionals.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and support to clinical staff, including consultation on crisis situations and review of clinical documentation.
  • Electronic Systems: Provide support on the use and interface of electronic systems, including EHR, HRIS, and LMS.
  • Service Recovery: Participate in service recovery activities as indicated by complaint and grievance policy.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a clinical role, with working experience and knowledge of Ethical and Legal practices in accordance with local guidelines.
  • Education: Master's degree or better in a relevant field.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Required licenses and certifications include Res in Counseling (VA) and Supervisee in SW (VA).
