Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Manage case assignments for team members, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Community Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and access to services.
  • Crisis Intervention: Conduct initial assessments, provide crisis monitoring and tracking, and offer aftercare reviews as needed.
  • Team Support: Provide consultation and guidance to team members on crisis situations, clinical documentation, and electronic system usage.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and review clinical documentation, making recommendations and approvals as necessary.
  • Training and Development: Participate in service recovery activities and provide support on the use and interface of electronic systems.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a clinical role, with working knowledge of ethical and legal practices, informed consent, and clinical service definitions.
  • Education: Master's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Required licenses and certifications include Res in Counseling (VA) and Supervisee in SW (VA). Preferred licenses and certifications include License Prof Counselor and Lic Clin Social Worker.
