Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Supervisor to lead our clinical department, ensuring the highest quality of care for our skilled and non-skilled home care clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the clinical operations for home care services.
2. Provide training and continuous education for both new and existing staff members.
3. Supervise field staff to maintain quality standards.
4. Deliver hands-on nursing care as needed.
5. Manage on-call responsibilities effectively.
6. Conduct assessments for new clients to determine care needs.
7. Coordinate scheduling for staff and client visits.
8. Collaborate with accounts to secure necessary authorizations.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a current, unrestricted RN license to practice in Virginia.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in providing infusion services.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
- Clean background and criminal record required.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance with state and federal laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $75,000 annually

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with on-call duties.

Work Environment: In-person
