Position Summary:
The role of the Group Account Supervisor is pivotal in championing brand initiatives. You will provide strategic insights, tactical direction, and oversight on significant accounts, along with direct management of junior account personnel. Your leadership will be essential in cultivating strong client relationships and ensuring the agency delivers exceptional results.

Your Contributions:

Agency Operations
  • Process Management: Oversee operational details and develop actionable plans. Manage budget forecasts effectively.
  • Financial Oversight: Create and manage client budgets through precise tracking of hours and expenses, ensuring transparency with clients regarding any changes.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize your expertise to proactively address potential challenges, mediating conflicts and guiding management decisions.
  • Leadership: Embrace informal leadership roles within the agency, demonstrating sound judgment and direction.
Knowledge Base
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic categories and audiences, with foundational knowledge in additional areas.
  • Apply your experience with assigned brands, including relevant clinical insights.
  • Act as a key resource for therapeutic areas, identifying market opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with agency processes and lead resolution of any issues.
Strategic Insight
  • Visionary Thinking: Tackle strategic marketing challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Client Partnership: Communicate a clear, expert perspective as a marketing partner.
  • Analytical Planning: Conduct high-level analyses of market data, contributing to strategic development.
Tactical Execution
  • Lead the creation of marketing and brand platform briefs.
  • Oversee the production of approved marketing materials.
  • Collaborate on the development of creative briefs.
  • Take responsibility for drafting marketing communication plans.
  • Understand the offerings and tools of PHCG.
Client Engagement
  • Foster trust and build strong relationships with client counterparts, positioning yourself as a strategic asset.
  • Maintain regular, positive communication with key clients.
  • Champion brand strategy and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
  • Advocate for the agency's perspective in client interactions.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports and presentations, ensuring clarity and impact.
  • Oversee accurate documentation and correspondence with clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience in the healthcare communications sector is essential.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is expected.
