Overview

The Marketing Operations Intern plays a vital role within the Product Marketing team in the Medical Affairs, Education, and Products division. This position focuses on two main areas: (a) marketing operations and administration, and (b) sales lead qualification and management.

This role can be either full-time or part-time and is based in a Kerecis office, reporting directly to the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the inventory of sales tools and marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, flyers, etc.)
  • Compile and organize sales materials
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory, maintaining a well-structured organization of marketing resources
  • Process and dispatch orders for marketing materials in a timely and precise manner
  • Manage sales lead qualification and administration:
- Establish connections with potential customers through professional email and phone outreach, aiming to schedule meetings with prospects and their respective sales representatives.

- Utilize Pipedrive CRM to keep precise and organized records of leads and customer interactions.

- Ensure all data is current and accurately categorized.

- Reassign leads as needed to guarantee they are directed to the appropriate sales representative.

- Promptly inform the sales team about new prospects and provide relevant details to assist in follow-up.

- Continuously update and enhance information within the CRM.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist the marketing team as required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning marketing workspace
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to create and execute lead generation strategies
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications

Education & Experience
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
