Role Summary:

As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our micromobility initiative. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations in both the warehouse and field, as well as enhancing local partnerships. Your primary goal will be to boost ridership, with your performance evaluated based on your ability to drive daily usage, lead a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding customer service.

The perfect candidate will be self-motivated and have a proven track record of success in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations in the warehouse and field
  • Engage in physical tasks such as relocating scooters, operating vans, and performing maintenance
  • Plan and oversee daily routes for team members involved in fleet deployment and repositioning
  • Identify operational challenges and devise effective solutions
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of fleet health, weekly operational updates, and maintenance needs
  • Recruit, train, and develop the local team
  • Ensure compliance with municipal agreements and company procedures
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure timely ordering of parts

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in managing operations related to fleets, warehousing, distribution, or similar sectors
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication abilities

The salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 - $57,000, plus performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation is determined based on geographic labor costs and other relevant factors, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our total compensation package for this role, including salary and bonuses, can range from $59,000 to $70,000 annually. Note that bonus structures are designed to offer significant earning potential.
