In this executive role, you will oversee all legal operations, including but not limited to contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, and corporate governance.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the executive team to craft and execute legal strategies that align with our business objectives.

Utilizing your expertise in mergers and acquisitions, you will play a crucial role in driving the organization’s growth through strategic partnerships.

As the Corporate Secretary, you will provide counsel to the CEO and Board of Directors on governance matters, ensuring adherence to best practices and proper maintenance of corporate records.

Your role will also involve advising on complex legal issues encompassing business transactions, intellectual property, data privacy, and employment law.

You will lead the legal team, offering mentorship and fostering a culture of high performance.

Additionally, you will represent the company’s legal interests in negotiations and interactions with external partners and regulators.

It will be essential to develop and implement policies that mitigate legal risks and promote ethical conduct within the organization.

Monitoring changes in laws and regulations will be part of your duties, allowing you to recommend proactive strategies to navigate legal challenges.

As a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, your insights will contribute to critical decisions that shape the organization’s future.

Education & Experience


The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution, with at least 15 years of legal experience and a minimum of 10 years in an executive leadership role within a corporate environment.

Exceptional interpersonal skills are necessary for building productive relationships across all levels of the organization.

You should have a proven track record in negotiating and finalizing commercial agreements, as well as experience in mergers and acquisitions.

Strong influence and relationship management skills are essential for navigating complex organizational dynamics.

A commitment to customer service and understanding client needs will be vital, especially in situations of differing opinions or unexpected challenges.

Outstanding communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills are required, along with the ability to operate effectively in a collaborative leadership environment.

Your personal integrity and ability to inspire others will align with the mission and values of ecoATM.

Pay Range

$350,000 - $400,000 (annually)

Base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Additional benefits may be available based on individual and company performance.
