Associate Director of Alumni Relations for Undergraduate Business Programs

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Alumni Relations for Undergraduate Business Programs to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing strategies and tactics to engage undergraduate alumni of the Raymond A. Mason School of Business, creating life-long relationships between the school and our alumni.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with undergraduate alumni, fostering a sense of community and connection to the school.
- Alumni and Student Engagement: Plan and execute events, programs, and initiatives to engage undergraduate alumni and students, promoting a lifelong connection to the school.
- Alumni Communication Management: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep undergraduate alumni informed about school news, events, and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
- Demonstrated excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse audience.
- Familiarity with donor/alumni databases and a thorough understanding of setting up processes and systems.
- Experience with event planning and successful management of events, programs, and resources.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
- Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to identify short and long-range goals of Mason Development and Alumni Relations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and produce reports to create and track metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Strong computer proficiency in a variety of software applications, including MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of academic fundraising and alumni relations.
- Experience using software such as CVENT and/or BlackBaud CRM.
