Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to enhance our Guest Services team. The ideal candidate will utilize their engaging personality to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact, providing essential information about the hotel and the surrounding area.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service with genuine interest and engagement.
  • Facilitate the check-in process, ensuring all guest requests are acknowledged and fulfilled.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, turning challenges into positive experiences.
  • Promote hotel programs and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff professionally, sharing necessary information across departments.
  • Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and protocols.
  • Manage house bank and handle financial transactions accurately.
  • Communicate essential information to the manager on duty.

  • Capability to thrive under pressure during peak check-in/check-out times.
  • Independence in managing tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Proficient computer skills and time management abilities.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of experience in guest services or a related field. Previous experience in a high-quality hotel environment is preferred. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
