We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Service Engineer to act as service owner for our highly secure, Cybersecurity Maturity Model (CMMC) 2.0 compliant hosting environment.
This role requires someone with experience managing vendor relationships, presenting to senior IS and business leadership, coordinating across organizations, and a technical background in security, cloud, and network services.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with enterprise security and infrastructure teams to ensure Providence operational and architecture standards are followed for all new and existing deployments.
They will monitor the hosting partner's performance against SLAs and conduct monthly business reviews to ensure they are satisfying all service expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with CMMC 2.0 requirements
- Present to senior IS and business leadership on service performance and strategy
- Coordinate across organizations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Collaborate with enterprise security and infrastructure teams to ensure Providence operational and architecture standards are followed
- Monitor hosting partner performance against SLAs and conduct monthly business reviews
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent education/experience
- 8 years of related experience
- Strong experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
- Strong experience with n-tier solutions
- Strong experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually)
- Strong experience influencing engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations
- Strong experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements
- Strong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions
- Strong experience in advanced problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis
- Experience in infrastructure security and implementation of security frameworks such as CMMC or NIST
- Experience in a Healthcare environment

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
