Warranty Service Representative

Job Summary

The Warranty Service Representative is a vital member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional warranty service to our new homeowners. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality walks with homeowners to ensure their new home meets our high standards.
  • Work closely with homeowners to resolve warranty issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and superintendents to ensure quality repairs are made.
  • Educate homeowners on the features of their new home and identify any issues that may require repair.
  • Manage all warranty repairs, including scheduling and supervising subcontractors.
  • Obtain homeowner walk-through and warranty sign-offs.
  • Update Punchlist Manager with notes and photo documentation.
  • Manage emergency after-hours calls and resolve warranty issues in a timely manner.
  • Attend weekly construction, sales, and customer service team meetings.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with homeowners, subcontractors, and other team members.

Requirements
  • High School diploma required.
  • 2-3 years minimum construction fit and finish or repair experience.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction documents.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, and other standard office equipment.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and access small spaces.
