Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies, including bonus programs and benchmarking employee benefits.
  • Establish a systematic talent selection process, recruit new employees, and manage performance appraisals and compensation adjustments.
  • Administer safety programs, manage outsourced safety compliance, and ensure proper records management.
  • Work directly with supervisors to ensure effective execution of HR policies, provide ongoing coaching, and address development needs.
  • Recruit employees, manage recruitment-related expenses, and oversee temporary employment agencies.
  • Perform research and work on special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
  • SHRM or other certificates and/or affiliations preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
