4. **Sales Support:** Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate potential applications of products, preparing detailed specifications to meet customer requirements.
5. **Project Management:** Oversee acceptance testing, recipe setup, and project execution, along with related pre-sales activities.
6. **Technical Communication:** Provide ongoing support by disseminating critical technical information regarding specific applications.
Problem Solving:
Engage in complex problem-solving, requiring a thorough analysis of various factors to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Collaboration:
Work in conjunction with software and systems engineering teams to address hardware and software challenges, maximizing product benefits for customers.

Work Flexibility:
This position allows for telecommuting up to 50% of the time.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $107,217 and $125,100 annually.
Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Optics, Physics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) is required.
