  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software applications, ensuring they meet the required standards and quality.
  • Ensure the team adheres to best practices and coding standards, conducting regular code reviews and providing constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines, identifying and addressing technical challenges and bottlenecks in a proactive manner.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team, staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and leading engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in PHP, SQL, JavaScript, and AWS.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in software development life cycle management.
  • Familiarity with Data Intelligence practices and tools is a plus.
