Job Title:
Director of Studio Operations, IT, and Facilities

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Studio Operations, IT, and Facilities to join our team at Activision Publishing Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our studio, including managing facilities, IT systems, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the studio's facilities, including janitorial services, catering, and vending.
  • Oversee the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
  • Allocate parking spaces, manage waste disposal, and ensure building security.
  • Work with studio leadership to allocate office space according to needs.
  • Scope, design, and lead cross-studio projects to enable and support key strategic priorities.
  • Partner with studio leaders to ensure joint priorities are met.
  • Actively participate in key operational processes across the studio to drive alignment and execution on key initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
  • Support core studio financial processes by providing analysis on financial performance, consolidation of metrics, and business perspective.

Requirements:
  • 10 years of progressive experience in all aspects of Operations, IT, and Facilities.
  • 5 years' experience in leadership roles.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where there is ambiguity and flexibility.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong ethics, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in similar roles in the video game or technology industries.
  • Passion for or curiosity about video games.

  • Competitive base pay range: $134,247,900.00 Annual.
