Job Summary

The Senior Community Liaison is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the Business Office Manager with administrative tasks.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our residents and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain efficient processes for the reception area, including logbooks, mail management, and communication with residents and team members.
  2. Provide warm and welcoming greetings to visitors, determine their purpose, and facilitate communication with the appropriate team member.
  3. Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, messages, and packages, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
  4. Assist the Business Office Manager with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and monitoring office equipment.
  5. Attend training courses and participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma required; college education preferred.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong time management and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  5. Good physical health and ability to perform assigned tasks.

Working Conditions:

  1. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  2. Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds.
  3. Requires reaching above, below, and at shoulder length.
