National Sales Development Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven National Sales Development Executive to lead our national sales division. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding markets, and achieving financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
- 7+ years of experience leading a national sales team with a proven track record of sales execution and revenue growth
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
- Solid understanding of sales data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
