About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven National Sales Development Executive to lead our national sales division. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding markets, and achieving financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience leading a national sales team with a proven track record of sales execution and revenue growth
  • Proven leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
  • Solid understanding of sales data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
