We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in cultivating business prospects and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential business clients that would benefit from our services.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new business clients.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss our services and solutions.
  • Manage and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to track client interactions and sales activity.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior sales or business development experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
