Job Overview

We are in search of a Mechanical Service Supervisor who possesses a hands-on approach and is eager to progress into a managerial role. This position entails assisting clients by delivering product and service insights while addressing technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding our trailer and RV fish house offerings.
  • Supply detailed information about our products and services.
  • Diagnose and resolve product-related issues and customer concerns.
  • Maintain and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Develop and enhance a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services.
  • Experience in diverse tasks, from RV repairs to welding, is advantageous. Training is available, and a senior mechanic with extensive welding expertise is on hand.
  • A willingness to engage in a variety of tasks and a desire to be a versatile contributor is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport with clients.
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
