As a key member of our management crew, you will take on the role of an hourly supervisor. In this capacity, you will collaborate with the management team at your location and serve as the acting manager, guiding staff to ensure exceptional service and a friendly environment for our patrons. Hourly supervisors typically alternate between supervisory responsibilities and their regular roles (e.g., Server, Support, Phones, Driver, Cook, etc.). Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as hourly supervisors generally work 2-3 closing shifts weekly, along with additional supervisory shifts to cover for manager absences, vacations, events, and meetings.

This supervisory position is an active, 'hands-on' role within the management team, offering excellent opportunities for skill enhancement and advancement to a manager-in-training (RM or KM) position with Pizza Lucé.

SCHEDULE: Full Time, availability required from Monday to Sunday, with a focus on closing shifts.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • At least 1 year of restaurant experience, with a solid understanding of restaurant operations preferred.
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience is preferred, which may include roles in other companies or industries.
