  • Communication: Interact positively with all team members, residents, and vendors to ensure that maintenance requests are completed promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum four years' experience in maintenance, preferably in residential property management.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess a solid understanding of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance. Knowledge of safety and fire codes is also essential.
  • Leadership and Communication: Ability to motivate oneself and work independently, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
