Territory Service and Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Territory Service and Sales Representative to join our team at Ecolab Institutional. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Service customers by conducting preventative and corrective maintenance on laundries and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems.
- Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Demonstrate safe equipment use and ensure customer operations are fully functional.
- Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as needed.
- Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs.
- Communicate our total value to customers to meet their needs and grow sales within existing customer accounts.

Requirements- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of mechanical service, customer service, food service, or hospitality industry-related experience.
- Availability to provide emergency assistance to customers, which may occur at night, on weekends, and over holidays.
- Current and valid driver's license.
