Senior Residential Program Coordinator

Maryhurst is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Shift Supervisor to provide leadership and support to our residential programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a therapeutic milieu, supervising clients and staff, and working collaboratively with the program team to ensure the well-being and growth of our youth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide active leadership and guidance to co-workers
- Assist Program Supervisors in the overall operation of the dorm and campus
- Supervise the activities of clients and staff, ensuring a safe and secure environment
- Develop and maintain treatment plans for assigned clients
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure client needs are met
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 months prior experience in working with adolescents
- Ability to work as a team member, perform basic writing and communication skills, and function as a group leader and role model
