Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Requirements Coordinator to join our team at Calibre Inc. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome patients and visitors, answer and refer inquiries, and provide quality service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Telephone: Answer calls, process messages, and distribute them to the appropriate staff in a timely manner.
  • Clerical Services: Register patients, schedule appointments, scan and upload documents, and maintain accurate records.
  • Financial Services: Collect co-pays, balances, and outstanding payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Environmental Services: Maintain a clean and organized front office and lobby area, and contribute to the overall cleanliness and appearance of the department.
Requirements
  • Education: High school education or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a medical practice is preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications: None required.
Skills
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and medical professionals.
  • Medical Terminology: Basic knowledge of medical terminology to understand patient records and communicate effectively.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in word processing and computer applications to manage patient records and perform administrative tasks.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for patients and visitors.
  • Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and priorities.
  • Organization: Organized and detail-oriented to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations.
