- Comply with organizational and regulatory policies for handling confidential patient information, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, consistently providing a positive and welcoming experience for patients, families, and staff.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, directing communication flow, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist patients and families with directions, questions, and concerns, providing clear and concise information.
- Monitor inventory of clerical supplies and order as needed, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
- Complete hospital competencies as required, staying up-to-date with the latest training and education.
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent
- Nursing Assistant experience preferred
- Preferred Licenses: Certified Nurse Aide from the state of Kentucky, BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
