Join Our Team as a Field Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Operations Specialist to join our team at El Paso Children's Hospital. As a key member of our construction team, you will assist the Superintendent with managing all construction activities on the project site while ensuring compliance with contract documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track contractual changes and report changes.
  • Assist in and oversee the preparation of project schedules, quantity tracking, and labor cost reports.
  • Resolve problems as they occur on project sites.
  • Maintain a good knowledge of the contract specifications, documents, and the scope of work, including subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • A self-starter who is highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Works well as a team member.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • High School Degree required
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management with 0-1 years' experience in the construction industry or related fields preferred.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set goals and meet deadlines.
