  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and medical providers.

  • Review care gap reports and proactively contact patients to schedule needed services.
  • Work collaboratively with management to anticipate future patient-scheduling challenges.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and appearance of the medical office.

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year or more experience in a medical setting preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work tactfully and effectively with patients, family members, and medical staff.
  • Basic understanding of health insurance and medical terminology.
