Key Responsibilities- Facilitate patient scheduling to optimize provider schedules and meet organizational goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Communicate effectively with medical providers, administrative staff, and patients to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Review care gap reports and proactively contact patients to schedule needed services.
- Work collaboratively with practice management to address clinical needs and scheduling changes.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- One year or more experience in a medical setting, preferably with inbound high-volume call experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work tactfully and effectively with patients, family members, other employees, and physicians.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of health insurance.
