  • Review care gap reports and proactively contact patients to schedule needed services.
  • Work collaboratively with practice management to address clinical needs and scheduling changes.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year or more experience in a medical setting, preferably with inbound high-volume call experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work tactfully and effectively with patients, family members, other employees, and physicians.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of health insurance.
