Responsibilities- Complete and maintain all required documentation in a timely manner, consistent with policies and regulations.
- Receive inquiry calls and assess client urgency or need for assessment.
- Complete clinical assessments and admission consents thoroughly and accurately.
- Obtain release of information forms and insurance pre-certifications.
- Valid RN license, associate's degree level or higher.
- General knowledge of therapeutic relationships and processes, growth and development, limit setting, and behavior management.
