Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to join our team at Addison Group. This role will involve managing U.S. employee benefits administration, supporting open enrollment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Benefits Administration: Manage U.S. employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with benefit vendors, ensuring smooth service delivery and effective contract management.
  • Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, develop communication materials, and provide training to employees.
  • Project Support: Contribute to global compensation and benefits projects, providing expertise and support as needed.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $62,500-$72,500, based on experience and qualifications.
