Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Benefits and Compensation Manager to join our team at Addison Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing U.S. employee benefits administration, supporting open enrollment, ensuring compliance, and fostering relationships with benefit vendors.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position that requires 8 days of in-office work per month, located near Union Station in Washington, D.C.
  • The salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000, with potential hourly rates of $24-$28.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Benefits Administration & Compliance (40%):
    • Ensure U.S. benefit plans align with company policies and regulatory standards.
    • Lead open enrollment processes.
    • Complete compliance activities and manage benefit-related data systems.
  • Vendor Management (20%):
    • Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular meetings to ensure service delivery.
    • Oversee contract renewals, invoicing, and billing reconciliation.
  • Communication & Employee Support (25%):
    • Serve as the main point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.
    • Develop communication materials for benefits awareness.
    • Use analytics to evaluate benefits programs and present findings to HR leadership.
  • Global C&B Project Support (10%):
    • Support additional global projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing U.S. benefits, compliance, and open enrollment.
  • Knowledgeable in U.S. benefits regulations.
  • Proficiency with ADP, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Workday.
