Benefits and Compensation Manager

We are seeking a skilled Benefits and Compensation Manager to join our team at Addison Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing U.S. employee benefits administration, supporting open enrollment, ensuring compliance, and fostering relationships with benefit vendors.
About the Role- This is a full-time position that requires 8 days of in-office work per month, located near Union Station in Washington, D.C.
- The salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000, with potential hourly rates of $24-$28.
- Benefits Administration & Compliance (40%):
- Ensure U.S. benefit plans align with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Lead open enrollment processes.
- Complete compliance activities and manage benefit-related data systems.
- Vendor Management (20%):
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular meetings to ensure service delivery.
- Oversee contract renewals, invoicing, and billing reconciliation.
- Communication & Employee Support (25%):
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.
- Develop communication materials for benefits awareness.
- Use analytics to evaluate benefits programs and present findings to HR leadership.
- Global C&B Project Support (10%):
- Support additional global projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing U.S. benefits, compliance, and open enrollment.
- Knowledgeable in U.S. benefits regulations.
- Proficiency with ADP, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Workday.
- A hybrid work model with 8 in-office days per month.
- Limited hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
