Job Title: Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Specialist to join our team at Consilio - ELS Direct Hire Division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work with top law firms, associations, and corporations in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer day-to-day employee benefits programs
  • Assist with annual open enrollment and benefit plan audits
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations
  • Process data and maintain the ADP HRIS database
  • Reconcile benefit invoices
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in employee benefits
Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000-$75,000 per annum, depending on experience. A hybrid schedule is offered after the first 30 days, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
