Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator Lead to join our team at CAVA - Support Center. This role is responsible for administering employee benefit plans and wellbeing programs, ensuring seamless enrollment, benefit orientations, training, and communications.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Administer benefits enrollment, claims resolution, change reporting, benefits invoicing, and communicate benefit information to employees.
  • Respond to and resolve benefit-related inquiries and issues.
  • Serve as a resource to guide employees to benefit plan, PTO, and leave information.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings and compliance reports.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and other plan documents.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment and leave policies.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of human resources experience, benefits administration.
  • 3-5 years of analyzing HR data, metrics related to employee benefits, and utilizing findings to make recommendations.
  • Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn HRIS, payroll, and similar human resource management software and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software systems including UKG.
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
  • The ability to work independently on complex projects and solve problems.
  • A strong grasp of the industry and knowledge of legal guidelines.
