Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the U.S Department of Energy Office of Environmental Management, Office of Intergovernmental & Stakeholder Program.
  • Work closely with executives and project managers on completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and perform a range of operational support activities.
  • Serve as a liaison with other EM offices and DOE organizations in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.

What We Offer

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • High School Diploma
  • 5 to 7 years of commensurate experience in related duties and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree
  • Proficiency in DOE corporate systems such as ESS, ATAAPS, Concur and E-Docs
  • 5 - 7 years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting EM or DOE
