As an Automotive Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as the primary communication hub for all service and repair activities, acting as the vital link between our valued customers and our skilled technicians.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) - essential for success.
  • Assist customers with all service inquiries regarding their vehicles.
  • Schedule service appointments for customers, ensuring accurate and timely diagnosis of vehicle issues.
  • Provide repair recommendations and manage customer expectations regarding service delivery.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed in accordance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Adhere to and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in all required staff meetings, training sessions, and educational opportunities.
  • Stay informed about product updates and features to better assist customer needs.
  • Set personal goals aligned with dealership productivity standards and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Exhibit behaviors that reflect the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
  • Ability to provide Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores from previous employment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for professional interactions with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficient in driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • A desire to thrive in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Ability to excel in a process-oriented environment.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Valid New Mexico Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Previous experience with Ford, GM, or Stellantis brands is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Reynolds systems is a plus.


As the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair inquiries, the Automotive Customer Service Specialist must actively listen to and understand customer concerns, arrange appropriate services, and manage expectations effectively between customers and technicians.
