Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Service Department Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our service technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.
- Drive Sales and Car Count: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and car count, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service and Relations: Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
- Team Leadership and Development: Train and mentor service personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of back shop supplies and assist with the purchase of parts, materials, and equipment.
