- Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions, listening carefully to their responses, and providing expert knowledge of our product offerings.
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
- Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business and maintain a strong customer base.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations by staying up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding sales objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Maintain a professional, well-groomed personal appearance and possess excellent communication skills with customers.
- Current, valid New Mexico Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product knowledge
